I am also looking for a current version of PCPro to be able to restore a backed up configuration. The version of PCPro I have does not have the drivers to run on Win 10, so it does not connect to the SV8100. Also, I understand there is an InMail Flash Utility that is needed to configure the flash card. I recently bought a refurbished InMail Flash card online (the old flash card was preventing the system from booting up successfully) and simply plugging it in does not work (the system boots up, but voicemail and auto attendant does not work). I think I need this utility to reset the card. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am not longer working with the Vendor who installed the system (about 4 years ago). Did not get an NEC. No longer working with a vendor so I don't think NEC is really a practical route to go on your own (I am doing the installation myself). Our office is pretty small (7 people) as well, so not sure where that fits in with the target customer for NEC. We are putting in a Grandstream system (UCM6104) with some physical IP phones and the rest softphones. I was able to get the IP PBX running and connected to it with a softphone and so far was able to configure it to do everything we wanted. I guess had I been happy with the job our last vendor did, we would have gone to them to replace the system, but alas, it was not meant to be. Thanks for the feedback, and totally understand. We really hate to see you go as a NEC customer. In the particular situation, I might have recommended our for a small office like yours. It's too bad we didn't sync up sooner so we could get you the support you needed. If you don't mind, I would like follow up on your difficulties with your NEC vendor rep. It is never acceptable for you to feel as you didn't get the support you need. NEC takes great pride in being a partner with their customers and not just a vendor. Would you do me a favor and send me the vendor information via PM with a few details of the situation. Good Luck and should need anything else related to your organizations technology needs feel free to check out is not limited to just communications. Thanks, -Bryan.
